Make your team dangerous in Amplitude
A tool nobody uses is a renewal nobody can defend. Role-based workshops on your own data turn Amplitude from the analyst's tool into the company's shared language.
Why does Amplitude adoption stall?
Adoption stalls because generic onboarding teaches features, not questions. A PM who learns “how to build a funnel” on demo data still doesn’t know which of your events belong in it, whether the numbers can be trusted, or what to do when the chart contradicts intuition. Training on your own instance removes every one of those gaps - and surfaces taxonomy problems as a side effect, which is why training pairs so well with the audit.
Interactive - hover each step. Training teaches the loop, not the buttons - and the loop compounds.
What does a cohort actually produce?
Each participant leaves with a finished, reviewed analysis of a real product question they own - a retention investigation, a funnel diagnosis, an experiment readout. Managers get a capability map of who can now do what. And because the exercises run against the live taxonomy, the team also leaves with a shared, documented understanding of what every core event means (see the glossary for the vocabulary we standardize on).
Frequently asked questions
Is there an official Amplitude certification?+
Yes - Amplitude runs its own credential programs through Amplitude Academy. Our training prepares your team for those credentials using exam-style structure and practice scenarios, and goes beyond them into the analysis patterns the exams don't test: taxonomy judgment, metric definition, and warehouse reconciliation.
How is your training different from Amplitude Academy?+
Academy courses are solid, free, and generic - they teach the tool on demo data. Our workshops run on your instance, your taxonomy, and your actual product questions, which is the difference between knowing where the funnel button is and shipping an analysis your CEO acts on. We assign Academy modules as pre-work so paid time goes to what generic courses can't cover.
What roles do you train?+
Three tracks: product managers (self-serve analysis - funnels, retention, segmentation, experiment readouts), data teams (governance, taxonomy management, warehouse sync), and engineers (instrumentation patterns, SDK behavior, QA workflow). Mixed cohorts work; the exercises differ per track.
How long does team training take?+
The standard format is two half-day workshops plus two weeks of office hours. Teams leave with completed analyses of their own product, not notes. Certification-prep cohorts add a third session structured around the exam blueprint.
Training lands best on a clean instance
If your team distrusts the data, fix that first - the free audit tells you how far off you are. Then train on numbers worth learning.
