This is the actual pre-launch gate from our implementation sprints, published in full. Each phase must fully pass before the next starts - the ordering is the method.

Use it as a gate, not a scorecard - 27 out of 30 is not a B+, it's three specific risks with names. The three that are skipped most often (14, 22, 25) are also the three that cost the most later.

Almost all of it transfers - the plan, identity, QA, and governance phases are platform-agnostic. Only the data-management specifics in the final phase are Amplitude-flavored.
